When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. Information required includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date. You may update your information via your account settings or by contacting support.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ttt999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ttt999 support immediately at [email protected]. ttt999 will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of such notification.
ttt999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.
ttt999 is required under its international licensing obligations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Users. KYC verification confirms your identity, age, and the legitimate source of funds used on the Platform. ttt999 may request KYC documents at any stage — including at registration, upon reaching a specified cumulative deposit threshold, prior to processing a withdrawal request, or at any other time deemed appropriate by ttt999's compliance team.
ttt999 aims to complete KYC review within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of receiving all required documentation during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Complex cases may take longer. During the KYC review period, your ability to make withdrawals may be restricted. ttt999 will notify you by email upon completion of the review.
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within thirty (30) days of a request may result in account suspension and, in cases where ttt999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, forfeiture of account balance pending investigation.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ttt999 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the Account holder will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
ttt999 does not charge deposit fees. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are outside ttt999's control and are your responsibility. All deposits are denominated in IDR and no currency conversion is applied.
ttt999 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit card, or any payment method not listed above. Attempts to deposit via unsupported methods will be returned without processing.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your ttt999 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment accounts registered in the same name as the ttt999 Account holder.
ttt999 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the User's historical average, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where a KYC review is pending. Such checks may extend processing time beyond the standard timelines stated above.
Withdrawals of Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement being met in full before withdrawal is permitted. Real-money deposits and winnings earned independently of Bonus funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn freely, subject to KYC clearance.
ttt999 does not charge withdrawal fees. ttt999 will not be liable for delays caused by the recipient bank's own processing times, particularly for inter-bank transfers between different banking groups.

In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

All bets placed on the ttt999 Platform are final once confirmed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections — including event, market type, stake amount, and odds — before submitting a wager. ttt999 will not void a correctly confirmed bet on the basis of a User's error in selection or stake amount.
Live betting odds are updated continuously in real time. Bets accepted during a brief system delay between an on-field event and the update of ttt999's live odds feed may be voided at ttt999's discretion where the outcome of those bets was knowable at the time of placement due to the delay. ttt999 will not routinely exercise this discretion but reserves it to protect against systematic exploitation of data-feed latency.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ttt999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance (where fraud, collusion, or money laundering is involved), and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

Nothing in these Terms limits ttt999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
ttt999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ttt999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification services, game studios) is limited to what is operationally necessary and is governed by data processing agreements consistent with applicable international data protection standards.
ttt999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter User rights or obligations — ttt999 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice via the email address registered to the User's Account before the amended Terms take effect.
